If anyone knows a good builder, it is a real estate agent. Cobden & Hayson wanted a fitout for their Annandale office that reflected the firm’s professionalism and contemporary approach.
The result is a space where exposed brick reflects the surrounding character while modern finishes — curved glazing, timber batten screens, pendant lighting — make the office practical, professional and inviting.
Commercial fitouts require speed, and speed means thorough planning and dependable suppliers. When a client is leasing a space, delays are especially expensive. We are sensitive to that and we work the hours it takes to hit the date.
